About the role

Andyfaith Pharmacy is seeking a results‑driven Sales Officer to join our team in Wassa Akropong. The role focuses on expanding the market reach of our pharmaceutical products, building strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to broaden market coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products and negotiating contracts.
• Conduct market research to analyse customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order processing and product availability.

Required profile

• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within pharmaceutical products.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities with a customer‑centric approach.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
