Sales Promotion Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Promotion Officer to join Daddy Ash Limited in Koforidua. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive product awareness and sales growth across our cosmetics and personal‑care portfolio by executing targeted promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and implement in‑store promotions, sampling events and product demonstrations.
• Engage retail partners, resellers and distributors to maximise product visibility.
• Monitor stock levels and support sales performance in assigned territories.
• Collect market feedback, track promotional results and prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Assist broader sales operations and campaigns as required.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on long‑term relationship building.
• Experience in lead generation, sales operations and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and confident presentation skills.
• Background in channel sales, retail or distributor environments, preferably within FMCG, cosmetics or related categories.
• Ability to work on‑site in Koforidua, travel within the territory and manage time effectively.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and planning.
• Minimum high‑school diploma; a certificate or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is an advantage.
