Sales Representative

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our retail team in Accra. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, helping them find the right products while maintaining a clean and welcoming shop environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchases and provide product information.
- Stay informed about client needs, product range and latest sales trends.
- Maintain the cleanliness of internal and external shop areas.
- Ensure shop equipment is functional and report any issues promptly.
- Re‑stock shelves regularly and conduct frequent inventories.
- Follow company policies on cash handling, security and record‑keeping.
- Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
- Maintain and update contact lists, follow up with customers to nurture relationships.
Required profile
- SHS graduate, Diploma, HND or Degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Strong negotiation, time‑management and planning abilities.
