About the role
An FMCG company is looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales and revenue growth by promoting, distributing and selling its products to retailers, wholesalers and other customers across a designated territory.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers, including retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets and provision shops.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure product availability and visibility.
- Support in‑store promotions and marketing activities to boost product visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, sales transactions and collections.
- Provide market intelligence, customer feedback and recommendations to management.
- Generate sales orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
Required profile
- HND in Marketing or a diploma in a professional field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in FMCG sales, retail sales or distribution.
- Fluent in English, valid driver’s licence and physically fit for field work.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
