About the role
OA&J Pharmaceuticals LTD is expanding its new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Shai Hills, Greater Accra. The company is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join the commercial team and help promote its high‑quality pharmaceutical formulations across multiple therapeutic segments.
Key responsibilities
- Promote OA&J pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and pharmacies.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists and key opinion leaders.
- Collect market feedback and report on competitor activities.
- Prepare and present product information and promotional materials.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification for a sales role (e.g., degree or diploma in business, marketing, pharmacy or related field).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated attitude with a results‑driven mindset.
