Sales Representative – Pharmaceuticals

About the role

The Sales Representative will promote OA&J Pharmaceuticals’ high‑quality formulations across multiple therapeutic segments, driving market presence in the Shai Hills region and the wider Greater Accra area. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while upholding the company’s commitment to world‑class standards. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and regulatory teams to ensure product messaging aligns with compliance standards and customer needs. The role involves regular travel within the region to attend conferences and training sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies and hospitals.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market visits, product demonstrations and gather competitor intelligence.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification as required by the employer.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Shai Hills, Greater Accra.
• Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
