About the role

The Sales Specialist will drive new business opportunities and expand market reach for our organization. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting company products and negotiating contracts.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order processing and product availability.
