About the role
VOTILA Biotechnology Company Limited is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its team in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, Ghana. The position is full‑time and offers an attractive compensation package. VOTILA operates in the Agriculture, Fishing & Forestry sector, providing biotechnological solutions to local markets. Kumasi is a major commercial hub in the Ashanti Region, providing a strategic base for sales activities.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Aged 25‑45 years, in good health and with a clean employment record.
- Minimum two years of relevant industry experience, familiar with the workflow of the position.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Agronomy or Marketing (flexible for candidates with strong experience).
- Demonstrates integrity, honesty, optimism, strong pressure resistance and a sense of responsibility.
- Good team cooperation ability.
