About the role
GHS Housing Limited is expanding its real‑estate and civil‑engineering portfolio and needs a proactive Sales/Marketing Officer to support the launch of a new 2,000‑plus housing scheme near Kutunse. You will work closely with the development team to promote the project, engage clients, and ensure smooth site visits.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns for the housing scheme.
- Handle client enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct site viewings with prospective buyers and answer their questions.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team.
Required profile
- Diploma in Sales or Marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar role.
- Innovative, versatile and forward‑thinking team player.
