Salesperson – Retail Technology Solutions

About the role

Dougs Technologies is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to join its retail team in Mankessim. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in and referred customers, helping them choose the right computers, smartphones, accessories, and ICT services for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their technology requirements and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Demonstrate product features, prepare quotations and process sales transactions.
• Issue receipts, handle cash and digital payments, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Coordinate with the technical team for installations, repairs and post‑sale support.
• Maintain organized product displays and keep inventory records up to date.
• Participate in basic promotional activities and outreach to build customer relationships.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation with active listening skills.
• Basic understanding of computers, smartphones, accessories and ICT solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests, prioritize tasks and keep the store tidy.
• Willingness to learn about new products and collaborate with technical staff.
• Secondary education completed; retail or technology sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
