About the role
The Security Supervisor will oversee security personnel across the Koforidua and Cape Coast sites, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and client directives. This role requires a proactive leader who can maintain a safe environment while responding swiftly to emergencies.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security staff on duty.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and client instructions.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain safety and security.
- Prepare daily reports and submit them to management.
- Handle emergencies and ensure quick resolution.
- Liaise with clients and management for effective service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum SHS/WASSCE certificate.
- At least 2 years experience as a security supervisor in a reputable security company.
- Age between 25 and 45 years.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure.
