Seller Growth & Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Seller Growth & Onboarding Specialist to join our marketplace platform, Juaso. You will be the face of the brand in local markets, helping shop owners and small businesses get set up, list products and make their first sale within a week.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new sellers across your territory – markets, shops, SMEs, wholesalers and home‑based businesses.
• Guide each new seller through account creation, product listing and their first completed order, coordinating with the operations team.
• Maintain a daily pipeline in Zoho CRM to ensure no leads are lost and follow‑ups are timely.
• Conduct WhatsApp‑based check‑ins with newly onboarded sellers to resolve early friction and keep them active.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute seller‑focused materials and promotions.
• Provide market intelligence on seller needs, competitor activity and challenges.
• Support ground‑force activations and community events when required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, trade marketing or community outreach.
• Proven ability to sell face‑to‑face and build relationships.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business and basic smartphone applications.
• Strong communicator in English and at least one local language (Twi or Ga preferred).
• Self‑starter capable of managing a territory independently.
• HND or Bachelor’s degree preferred, though performance and drive are paramount.
