Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will drive revenue growth and protect existing business within assigned enterprise accounts. Working closely with senior customer stakeholders, you will align Telecel Ghana’s solutions with client objectives, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop regional contact strategies and account development plans for allocated accounts.
• Demonstrate strategic understanding of customer business goals and present the enterprise sales value proposition at board level.
• Integrate quality management processes into daily sales activities.
• Monitor performance using key metrics and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
• Ensure full compliance with license provisions, sector regulations, and competition laws.
• Provide accurate account data to the Sales Manager for planning and tracking.
• Identify training needs and lead skills development for yourself and the virtual account team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within enterprise solutions, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Proven consultative selling skills with a customer‑centric approach.
• High learning agility and ability to adapt to new challenges and environments.
• Demonstrated innovation, initiative, and collaborative problem‑solving abilities.
