Senior Accounts Manager – Client Partnerships

About the role

Farmerline is seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to drive growth and nurture strategic relationships with high‑value clients such as global food companies, NGOs, and agribusinesses across Africa. You will own the end‑to‑end client experience, ensuring projects are delivered on time and expectations are consistently exceeded.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow high‑value accounts, overseeing project execution and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact, aligning client expectations with delivery teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet agreed project deliverables and timelines.
• Identify new use cases and upsell opportunities across software subscriptions, AI solutions, customized services, and analytics.
• Support the development of a strategic relationship team to sustain long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in SaaS account management or related fields.
• Background in social‑impact initiatives, especially within agriculture, deforestation, or certification bodies.
• Strong understanding of the African cocoa, coffee, and tea value chains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
