Senior Accounts Manager

About the role

Farmerline is seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to lead growth and nurture strategic relationships with high‑value clients across the food, NGO and agribusiness sectors in Africa. Based in Accra, you will be the primary point of contact for global food companies, certification bodies and social enterprises, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow high‑value accounts, overseeing the full project lifecycle from launch to ongoing support.
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to align expectations, deliverables and timelines.
• Identify new use‑cases and upsell opportunities across software subscriptions, AI solutions, customized services and analytics.
• Collaborate with field agents, logistics, and product teams to guarantee on‑time delivery of services.
• Support the development of a high‑performing account management team focused on long‑term partnership building.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS accounts and delivering professional services.
• Strong understanding of the African agriculture ecosystem, including cocoa, coffee and tea value chains.
• Demonstrated ability to work with NGOs, certification bodies and large food corporations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
