Senior Business Development Executive (Remote)

About the role
Virtual IP, a US‑based technology and staffing solutions provider, is expanding its business development team. We are looking for a senior‑level Business Development Executive to work remotely from Ghana, supporting lead generation and sales pipeline growth for international clients during US business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify B2B prospects using LinkedIn, email, and other approved channels.
- Initiate outreach through professional LinkedIn messages, cold emails and follow‑up campaigns.
- Qualify leads based on budget, decision‑making authority and service fit.
- Schedule meetings with decision‑makers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Present Virtual IP’s services clearly to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity and responses in the CRM.
- Support basic sales presentations, proposals and client communication when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategy and improve conversion rates.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads and booked meetings.
Required profile
- 6–7 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation or client acquisition.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven experience working with international clients, especially in US, UK, Canada or UAE markets.
- Ability to work remotely during US time‑zone hours and manage priorities independently.

What we offer
- Full‑time remote position (US business hours).
- Monthly salary GHS 5,000 – 6,000.
