Senior Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Senior Housekeeping Attendant will supervise daily housekeeping operations at a 4‑star hotel, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the brand’s cleanliness and safety standards. This full‑time, on‑site position involves hands‑on cleaning, inspections, and coordination with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and perform cleaning of guest rooms and public spaces.
• Inspect rooms for quality, report maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate workload distribution among housekeeping staff.
• Support laundry operations and manage linen handling.
• Replenish amenities and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• First degree in hotel management or related field (2nd class upper or higher).
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a 4‑star environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of standing, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
