About the role

VisionSpring is seeking a senior leader to oversee global planning and procurement across its international supply chain. The role reports to the Global Director of Supply Chain and is responsible for ensuring reliable, cost‑effective product availability in low‑resource markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the enterprise‑wide Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to secure affordable eyeglass components.
• Drive supply‑chain development initiatives that enhance resilience and scalability.
• Manage performance metrics to align operations with VisionSpring’s mission and impact goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams to align stakeholders and drive execution.
