Senior Programme Manager

About the role

Foundervine is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead and own the end‑to‑end delivery of its accelerator programmes in Ghana. This newly created senior position will shape programme standards, culture and strategic impact for founders and corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and monitor programmes from concept through impact reporting.
• Ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction, risk management and contractual compliance.
• Lead programme design using design‑thinking and project‑management best practices.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing programme team, fostering ownership and proactivity.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, acting as the senior point of contact.
• Escalate issues only when they exceed authority, solving problems at the appropriate level.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in programme or project management, preferably within accelerator or innovation ecosystems.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate founder and client needs into effective programme solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a lean, fast‑moving environment.
