Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our growing team in Kumasi, Ghana. The role focuses on selling pump equipment and related solutions to the mining sector, offering a stable, long‑term career with an international company.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in pump equipment and processes to design customized solutions that improve customer profitability.
• Develop and maintain independent customer relationships, identify needs, and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with internal technical and supply‑chain teams to ensure timely delivery and high service quality.
• Monitor market trends, gather frontline feedback, and contribute to product and business strategy development.

Required profile

• Solid background in the mining industry, preferably with experience at international mining equipment brands or major Ghanaian mines (e.g., Tarkwa, Obuasi, Ahafo, Prestea).
• Extensive hands‑on equipment maintenance experience, especially with slurry pumps and a full range of pump spare parts.
• In‑depth knowledge of Ghana’s mining spare‑parts market, including customer demand, procurement logic, and distributor channels.
