Showroom Inspection & Merchandising Executive

About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics is seeking a Showroom Inspection & Merchandising Executive to uphold brand standards across distributor showrooms in multiple African markets. The role involves regular inspections, ensuring display compliance, and coordinating corrective actions to support the launch of new products and visual upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of distributor showrooms, covering product assortment, sample rooms, display racks, lighting, sanitary ware installations, and overall cleanliness.
• Identify non‑compliance issues, propose corrective actions, and follow up to ensure implementation.
• Capture 8–10 standardized photos per showroom and document findings in detailed inspection reports.
• Prepare periodic inspection summaries for headquarters and coordinate with sales, marketing, new product specialists, and distributor teams.
• Support merchandising execution for new product introductions and image upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Management, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in showroom inspection, merchandising execution, or store auditing.
• Experience in the ceramics, building materials, or sanitary ware industry is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with distributor management and multi‑market operations is an advantage.
