Showroom Inspection & Merchandising Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Showroom Inspection & Merchandising Executive to ensure that distributor showrooms across multiple African markets meet Keda’s brand standards. The role involves regular inspections, photographic documentation, and coordination with internal teams to drive compliance and visual merchandising excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of distributor showrooms covering product assortment, sample rooms, display racks, lighting, sanitary ware installations and overall cleanliness.
• Identify non‑compliance issues, propose corrective actions and follow up with distributors to ensure implementation.
• Take 8–10 standardized photos per showroom and record findings in detailed inspection reports.
• Prepare periodic inspection summaries for headquarters and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, New Product Specialists and distributor teams.
• Support merchandising execution for new product launches and visual upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Management, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in showroom inspection, merchandising execution or store auditing, preferably in ceramics, building materials or sanitary ware.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently across multiple markets.
• Familiarity with distributor management and multi‑market operations is an advantage.
