Showroom Sales Representative (Senior)

About the role

The Showroom Sales Representative will lead sales activities within our Volta Region showroom, delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth for our foam product range. As a senior point of contact, you will mentor junior staff and ensure the showroom meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Present and recommend foam products that match customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, complaints and follow‑up to maximise conversions.
• Maintain product presentation, merchandising standards, and overall showroom appearance.
• Monitor stock levels, market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly sales and customer reports.
• Coach and mentor showroom sales staff to improve team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing customer relationships.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
