SMB Sales Lead

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven SMB Sales Lead to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence in the technology and cybersecurity sector. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and delivering compelling product presentations that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support business growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 4–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology or cybersecurity.
• Strong business development and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Results‑oriented, customer‑focused, resilient, adaptable and a strong team player.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM.
