About the role

We are looking for a creative, proactive and results‑driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to shape and expand our digital presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing our social channels and driving audience interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute social media content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok and YouTube.
• Create high‑quality written, visual and multimedia assets that align with the brand.
• Manage all social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and regular updates.
• Capture professional photographs and videos at events and projects for digital use.
• Write compelling captions, articles, stories and promotional copy.
• Monitor trends, audience behavior and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Respond to comments, messages and inquiries promptly.
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
• Track, analyse and report on performance metrics, providing improvement recommendations.
• Maintain a content calendar and coordinate campaigns with management and stakeholders.
