Social Media Manager

About the role

Cimplify is looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager to join its hybrid team in Accra. You will be responsible for planning, creating and publishing content that builds brand awareness and drives engagement across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media calendars for all channels.
• Write, edit and optimise posts, coordinating visual assets with design teams.
• Monitor comments, messages and emerging trends, responding where appropriate.
• Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and key initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates and best practices to keep Cimplify’s presence relevant.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Solid experience in content strategy and writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and basic data interpretation for social media performance.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred; tech or startup experience is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams on‑site in Accra.
