Social Media Marketing Intern

About the role

Kyini is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Social Media Marketing Intern to join its Accra office. You will help plan and execute social media campaigns that showcase the platform’s events and user stories across Instagram, TikTok, X and Facebook.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content, write captions and select visuals.
• Schedule posts and monitor performance metrics such as engagement, reach and click‑through rates.
• Assist with community management by responding to comments and messages.
• Research trends and identify growth opportunities for Kyini’s digital presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns highlighting sports, fitness and social events.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sports, fitness or social events and familiarity with the Ghanaian digital landscape.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• Proactive, organized and able to work collaboratively in an on‑site environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging online communities.
• Basic knowledge of analytics metrics (engagement, reach, CTR) is an advantage.
