About the role

MSI Ghana is seeking a qualified Sonographer to join its Kokomlemle Centre. The role involves delivering high‑quality ultrasound imaging and diagnostic support to clients while upholding the organisation's standards of care and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform obstetric, gynecological, abdominal and other ultrasound examinations as required.
• Prepare and position clients appropriately and ensure their privacy, dignity and comfort throughout the procedure.
• Produce accurate and timely ultrasound reports to aid clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions.
• Maintain and perform basic maintenance on ultrasound equipment, reporting any faults promptly.
• Ensure compliance with MSI clinical protocols, infection‑prevention standards and professional guidelines.
• Document all procedures accurately and participate in clinical audits and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinicians and centre staff to support seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
• Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council of Ghana and in good standing.
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in a reputable healthcare setting.
• Commitment to client‑centered care, professionalism and safeguarding standards.
