Source to Pay Associate

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions is seeking a Source to Pay (S2P) Associate to support end‑to‑end procurement and accounts payable operations in Accra, Ghana. The role will manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, supplier onboarding and reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Key responsibilities

• Process, review and track supplier invoices in line with company policies.
• Follow up on blocked, parked or disputed invoices to achieve timely resolution.
• Support supplier onboarding, maintenance and respond to supplier inquiries about invoices, payments and balances.
• Perform supplier statement and GRIR reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and supporting documentation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvement opportunities.
• Support automation, standardisation and documentation initiatives for the S2P cycle.
