Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a luxury spa serving members in the Accra & Tema region. This role ensures a premium, seamless experience while driving revenue and maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee spa operations, including treatment schedules, bookings, room allocation and staff coverage.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, hygiene and safety of all treatment rooms and equipment.
• Recruit, train, supervise and motivate spa therapists and support staff; develop schedules and conduct performance reviews.
• Deliver a personalized, discreet member experience and handle service recovery.
• Drive spa revenue by increasing bookings, memberships and repeat visits; promote treatments and packages.
• Manage inventory of products, equipment and consumables, minimizing waste and controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations and maintain operational documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Spa Management, Hospitality, Wellness, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing a spa, wellness centre, luxury hotel spa or premium beauty/wellness environment.
• Proven leadership experience with a service team.
• Strong understanding of spa treatments, wellness services and operational standards.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and manage operational costs.
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer‑service skills.
• Polished, presentable, discreet and passionate about luxury wellness.
