Supply Chain Coordinator – Cocoa Community Resilience Programme

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the Cocoa Community Resilience Programme (CCRP) by ensuring transparent, efficient, and compliant procurement and logistics operations. The role contributes to value‑for‑money acquisition of goods and services while upholding donor and organisational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement planning, define requirements and align purchases with project timelines, budgets and technical specifications.
• Conduct market research, pre‑qualify suppliers and maintain an up‑to‑date vendor database in line with compliance standards.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, including bidding, RFQs/RFPs, price analysis, supplier selection and negotiation.
• Draft, review and administer contracts, ensuring adherence to donor requirements and ethical sourcing.
• Oversee purchase orders, track deliveries and resolve discrepancies between orders, invoices and shipments.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage payments, address non‑performance and maintain effective vendor communication.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, customs clearance, distribution planning and delivery optimisation.
• Control inventory, storage, stock monitoring, asset tracking and proper hand‑over of goods and services.
