Supply Chain Solutions Manager

About the role

Join Earthworm Foundation’s Supply Chain Solutions team to shape and deliver sustainability solutions for key raw materials such as palm oil, soy, cocoa, and pulp & paper. You will work across the organisation and with external members to address traceability, deforestation‑free sourcing, and grievance management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for current and future supply‑chain solutions.
• Lead delivery of priority projects, ensuring high‑quality outputs on time.
• Develop and govern methodologies, working with data teams and raw‑material coordinators to maintain consistency.
• Oversee operational workflows, identify simplification opportunities, and optimise processes for maximum impact.
• Support business development, marketing, and communications, track solution financials, and engage with industry groups to influence standards.
