Teacher/Trainer for Educational Foundation Program in Ghana

About the role

Limadia Entity Foundation is seeking a motivated Teacher/Trainer to deliver life‑skills and personal‑development programmes across junior and secondary schools in the Atwima Nwabiagya North District, Ashanti Region. The role involves travelling between schools, inspiring students, and promoting the organisation’s values of self‑leadership, critical thinking and civic engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Visit primary and senior high schools to deliver non‑traditional, holistic educational sessions.
• Teach life‑skills topics such as self‑leadership, confidence building, future planning and critical thinking.
• Encourage students to recognise their potential and explore future opportunities.
• Represent and communicate Limadia Entity Foundation’s mission and values.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups and learning needs.
• Collaborate with school staff, community leaders and other stakeholders.

• Excellent coaching, teaching and communication abilities.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and guide students effectively.
