Technical Advisor, Analytics and Implementation Research

About the role

CHAI is seeking a Technical Advisor for its Analytics and Implementation Research (AIR) team. The role supports program and country teams and government partners by applying public‑health expertise and strong analytical capabilities to generate evidence that guides health‑system interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct epidemiological analyses to assess disease burden and program outcomes.
• Develop and apply quantitative models to estimate the impact of health interventions.
• Collaborate with CHAI program staff, country teams, and government counterparts to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare technical reports, visualizations, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design and evaluation of implementation research studies.

Required profile

• Public‑health background with experience in epidemiology or health‑systems research.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and comfort working with large health data sets.
• Highly motivated and able to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings.
