Technical Lead – Full-Stack (React & .NET)

About the role

The Full‑Stack Tech Lead provides technical leadership and hands‑on engineering across web, mobile and backend platforms, reporting to the Engineering Director. The role is onsite in Ghana (Accra preferred) and works closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to shape scope and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical direction across web, mobile and backend platforms, aligning with business goals.
• Drive architectural decisions on modular monolith versus microservices, defining service boundaries and integration patterns.
• Apply Domain‑Driven Design to create clear domain boundaries, bounded contexts, aggregates and domain events.
• Set and enforce high standards for code quality, testing, API contracts and documentation.
• Partner with Product Owners and Project Managers to clarify requirements, break epics into deliverable slices and estimate work.
• Plan sprints and releases, manage dependencies and risks while balancing product speed with technical sustainability.
• Lead and mentor engineers through pair programming, design reviews, code reviews and coaching.

Required profile

• Proven senior engineering or tech‑lead experience with ownership of delivery and mentorship track record.
• Strong system‑design skills and ability to articulate architectural trade‑offs to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with Domain‑Driven Design, modular monolith design and practical understanding of microservices.
• Solid database fundamentals, including relational schema design, migrations, indexing and query optimisation.
• Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with Product Owners and Project Managers.
