Techno-Commercial Manager – Ghana

About the role

EASTCHEM, a leading Chinese agro‑chemical exporter, is seeking a Techno‑Commercial Manager to lead product development, regulatory registration and market expansion activities for its operations in Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit registration dossiers to Ghanaian regulatory authorities to obtain experimental permits and product registrations on schedule.
• Coordinate with accredited researchers to design trial protocols, oversee field trials and ensure compliance with approved procedures.
• Maintain and renew all necessary permits, certificates and regulatory documents in a timely manner.
• Develop and execute marketing programmes for business partners, including seminars, product launches and training sessions.
• Analyse provincial and national market trends, build intelligence reports and formulate business plans to grow product and market opportunities.
• Collect and manage competitor and client information, updating databases and client profiles regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the agro‑chemical industry, with proven knowledge of product development, registration and a strong sales/network background.
