Technology Lead – Enterprise Architect

About the role

The Senior Enterprise Architect (Technology Lead) will drive the design and implementation of secure, scalable technology architectures that support the segment’s business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will work closely with business units and technology teams to translate operational needs into robust, future‑state solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain secure, scalable technology architectures aligned with segment goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert operational requirements into architectural designs.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory security requirements.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of technology initiatives, embedding security and resilience throughout.
• Coordinate compliance with global security frameworks and internal policies.
• Guide and mentor Technology Architects, fostering best practices in architecture and security.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, preferably at a senior or lead level.
• Strong understanding of security principles and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to influence both business and technical audiences.
• Ability to work across multiple business units and drive consensus.
