Telesales Call Center Operator

About the role

Unateus is expanding its sales team and seeks experienced call‑center professionals to drive sales and meet key performance indicators. You will work remotely with warm leads, presenting products, upselling, and confirming orders while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telemarketing calls to warm leads and secure product orders.
• Approve orders, upsell additional items, and manage follow‑up communications.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections calmly and convincingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of calls, orders, and customer interactions.
• Meet weekly performance targets and adhere to quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or call‑center roles.
• Proven ability to achieve performance targets and work independently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, functional computer, smartphone, and headset.
• Backup electricity solution (generator, UPS, or battery inverter).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and at least one major local language.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Comfort using browser‑based systems.
