Telesales Call Center Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Call Center Operator to join our expanding sales team. You will work remotely with warm leads, presenting products, upselling, and confirming orders while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telemarketing calls to warm leads and secure sales.
• Approve orders, upsell additional products, and manage follow‑ups.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, handling queries and objections.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of interactions.
• Meet weekly performance targets and adhere to quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or call‑center roles.
• Proven ability to achieve performance targets and work independently.
• Own laptop or desktop, functioning smartphone, headset, and reliable high‑speed internet.
• Backup electricity solution (generator, UPS, or battery inverter) is mandatory.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and ability to speak at least one major local language.
• Sales‑driven mindset, calm objection handling, and openness to feedback.
• Strong self‑organization, time‑management, and remote‑work discipline.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Comfort working with browser‑based systems.
