Tele‑Sales Officer – Commission Based

About the role

Skills Bridge Academy is seeking motivated Tele‑Sales Officers to join its remote enrollment team. You will contact prospective learners, explain the benefits of our career‑focused courses, and guide them through the registration and payment process.

Key responsibilities

• Call prospects from company‑provided lead lists.
• Educate candidates on course content, pricing, subscription plans, and career outcomes.
• Follow up via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
• Answer questions, handle objections, and close enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve enrollment and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and sales aptitude.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Goal‑oriented and driven by performance‑based earnings.
• Access to a reliable smartphone or computer and internet connection.
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, admissions, marketing or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
