Telesales Representative – Customer Retention

About the role

We are seeking a Telesales Representative to join M‑KOPA’s Customer Retention team. In this role you will contact existing customers by phone, introduce them to additional M‑KOPA products and drive sales growth while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively sell additional M‑KOPA products to existing customers and achieve campaign conversion targets.
• Maintain high call quality by delivering accurate information and handling objections professionally.
• Meet daily and weekly talk‑time and call‑handling benchmarks.
• Record customer interactions accurately and provide regular feedback to the Telesales Team Lead.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in BPO or call‑center settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high ethics and integrity.
• Result‑oriented mindset focused on exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
