Territory Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our assigned region. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts and distributors, and expanding market share while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage distributors and key accounts within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Monitor competitors and provide market intelligence.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of territory management and channel development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
