Territory Sales Manager

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager will lead sales activities within an assigned geographic area, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. You will work closely with distributors, key accounts, and a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Manage distributors and key accounts within the assigned region.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market share.
• Monitor competitors and deliver market intelligence.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of territory management and channel development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel extensively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
