Territory Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within a defined geographic area. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage distributor relationships, and coach a high‑performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Manage distributors and key accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the territory.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market intelligence.
• Lead, mentor and coach the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in territory management and channel development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel extensively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
