Trainer – Process & Performance Training

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Trainer to join our Accra office and deliver high‑quality, performance‑focused training for new hires and existing staff. The role is central to accelerating employee readiness, reinforcing skills, and supporting operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging, learner‑centered training sessions and ensure knowledge retention and on‑the‑job application.
• Maintain trainer readiness by completing Quarterly Trainer Skills Certification.
• Support new hires in achieving performance benchmarks, monitoring 60‑day throughput and KPI attainment.
• Conduct at least 15 call calibrations per month and partner with Operations, Quality, and Nesting teams for targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and continuously improve training materials and curriculum.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Training, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering corporate training and achieving measurable performance outcomes.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret training data, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
