Transcription Specialist – Twi (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Twi expert to join our team remotely as a Transcription Specialist. You will work with video content, providing accurate transcriptions and detailed linguistic annotations that capture the nuances of both Twi and English.

Key responsibilities

• Transcribe and annotate Twi language video content with precise timestamps.
• Analyze and document emotional tone, speaker intent, and communication nuances in both languages.
• Evaluate grammatical structures, tone, and conceptual aspects of words within rich dialogues.
• Define and explain advanced vocabulary and idiomatic expressions.
• Deliver clear written documentation and verbal feedback as part of the language analysis process.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to ensure linguistic fidelity and detailed insights.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Twi and excellent command of English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in transcription, translation, or linguistic analysis of complex content.
• Ability to detect and describe emotion, tone, and speaker intent in multimedia.
• Analytical mindset with a detail‑oriented approach to documentation.
