About the role
We are looking for a self‑owned vehicle Dispatch Specialist with a degree and prior experience to coordinate the dispatch of company‑owned vehicles used for material transport across our facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Dispatch self‑owned vehicles according to operational needs.
- Maintain accurate driver and vehicle records.
- Coordinate dispatch activities with warehouse and production teams.
- Track trip completion, report issues and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor performance to guarantee efficient and reliable transport operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in dispatch or transport coordination.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
