Treasury Accountant

About the role

Reporting to the Treasury Lead, the Treasury Accountant supports the treasury function by managing cash flow, liquidity, banking activities and financial risk. The role focuses on daily operational treasury tasks, reporting and assisting in cash management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances across bank accounts and prepare cash position reports.
• Process local and international payment requests, maintain bank relationships and assist with account administration.
• Perform bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and support treasury reporting.
• Help prepare short‑term cash‑flow forecasts, gather departmental data and report variances.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting (short‑term) and track inflows/outflows to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls and support audit processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in treasury, finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and high integrity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop treasury expertise.
