About the role
Design thoughtful, legible product experiences from early concepts through working interfaces. The role blends user research, information architecture, interface design, prototyping, and design‑system creation while collaborating closely with engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Research user needs and translate insights into clear flows and information structures.
- Create interface designs, interactive prototypes, and reusable design‑system patterns.
- Prepare developer‑ready specifications and support implementation quality.
- Test concepts with users and iterate based on evidence rather than assumption.
- Maintain consistency across customer‑facing and internal operating tools.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Communications, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem framing, user flows, interface design, and design thinking.
- Comfort using Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
- UX‑related certifications (e.g., Google UX Design, Nielsen Norman Group) are a plus.
