Vehicle Dispatch Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a self‑owned Vehicle Dispatch Specialist to manage the dispatch of company‑owned vehicles used for material transport. The role supports warehouse and production teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch self‑owned vehicles according to operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate driver and vehicle records.
• Coordinate dispatch activities with warehouse and production departments.
• Monitor trip completion, log any issues, and report them promptly.
• Ensure dispatch processes are carried out efficiently and on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in dispatch or transport coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
